Lyn Robinson has always been known for her can-do attitude.  No matter what the task Lyn is known for her honesty, integrity, and calmness in her Real Estate Transactions. Lyn’s award-winning success is her ability to find a problem and a solution quickly sprinkled with exceptional customer service to her clients, customers, and fellow Realtors.

Lyn worked for 30 years for Verizon Communications where she held a variety of mid-level positions in the company and she earned a Master of Science in Applied Management in 1992. In 2008, she retired but decided that being idle was not for her so she received her Real estate license in 2012 and was nominated for Rookie of The Year At Century 21 in 2013.

Working at Century 21 has been such a great experience for Lyn. She has received training from great coaches like Mike Ferry and Brian Buffini Lyn’s has acquired various designations, such as ABR, SRES, and her Staging Certification.

The secret to Lyn’s success is to get to know her clients on a personal level and ensure they are informed and kept up to date throughout the entire real estate transaction. This attitude has won her the Pinnacle Quality Service Award in her office which is a 95% client satisfaction for two years in a row. Lyn’s clients know without a doubt that Lyn works for their best interest at all times and their satisfaction shows up time and time again on Lyn’s testimonials.

Lyn believes that being a Realtor sets her apart from salespersons who have not taken that next step. Realtors act ethically and under a strict Code of Conduct at all times. Lyn feels that her attitude of treating all her clients fairly and professionally by providing honest guidance and support is her greatest strength in being a Realtor.

In 2019, Lyn took the next step in her Real Estate Career and became a Broker.  She is currently the Broker of Record and Designated Realtor of Century 21 The Real Estate Group in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She now spends the majority of her day providing advanced training for the senior agents in her office and hiring and training newly licensed agents.  “My main focus throughout my entire adult life has been to teach others what I know,” says Lyn. Lyn is a big advocate of the “Pay It Forward” Organization and has done countless acts of kindness for others she has come across throughout the years.  Regardless of what the kindness has been, Lyn’s only expectation for repayment is to tell them that when they are able to  “Pay It Forward “ to others in need.

Being in the real estate business is a very rewarding career and it leaves you with time to enjoy family, friends, and other joys in life.  If you would like to learn more about becoming a real estate agent, give Lyn a call at 508-942-4219 or email her at lyn.robinson@c21regroup.com.
